Refunds: 14 days, no forms, no guilt trip.

The promise: one email, money back.
If a paid tool doesn't do what its page says, you get your money back. Within 14 days of purchase, email hello@khaivo.art from the address you bought with, put "refund" in the subject, and you're done.
That's the whole process. No form, no exit survey, no "let me connect you with a retention specialist." You don't have to give a reason, and we won't ask for one.
What happens next: Stripe sends it back.
The refund goes to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank, not on us. We issue it as soon as we read your email.
The one honest boundary.
Refunds exist for tools that didn't do what they promised, or purchases you simply regret. Both are fine. What this policy isn't is a free rental scheme: repeated buy-refund cycles of the same product may be declined. That's the only fine print, and now you've read it.
One more honest note: nothing paid has shipped yet.
As of this version, no paid tool exists on Khaivo. This policy is written ahead of time so you can read the deal before there's anything to buy. It takes effect the day the first paid tool ships.
